Dr. Bagby did her undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Illinois, Urbana. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee, Memphis, in 1988. She practiced general dentistry in the Air Force until 1997, obtaining the rank of Major. She was awarded a post graduate degree from the Air Force at Wilford Hall/University of Texas, San Antonio in 1997.
She has practiced Endodontics in Roanoke, VA since 1999.
Dr. Bagby has one daughter, Kinsey, who is studying architecture in Connecticut. Dr. Bagby interests include photography, music, kayaking and bicycling.
Professional Organizations:
Dr. Mayerchak did his undergraduate studies at the University of Kentucky and received the Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from the University of Louisville in 1988. Following graduation he entered the United States Air Force where his assignments included Korea, Japan and England. During his time in the Air Force, he received his specialty training in Endodontics from the University of Texas San Antonio/Wilford Hall Medical Center. He retired from the Air Force in 2010 and relocated to Roanoke to join Blue Ridge Endodontics.His outside activities include making sure his son Zachary and daughter Sarah make it to soccer practice and their other activities on time. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and attends St. John Lutheran Church.
Professional Organizations:
Dr. Sharma received Certificate and Masters of Science in Endodontics from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. During two years of her residency and one year of fellowship at CWRU, she was involved in research, learned the latest concepts and techniques in the field of Endodontics. She also taught the undergraduate students and junior residents.
Her well-rounded training and use of latest equipments enabled Dr. Sharma to use a multidisciplinary approach for the treatment of her patients.
She is a member of the American Association of Endodontists and American Dental Association. Playing an active role in these professional organizations helps her to continually update and enhance her knowledge.
She is married and has 2 kids. She is an avid learner, enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
Professional Organizations:
Dr. Maclean Okang was born in Accra and attended the University of Ghana Dental School. After graduation, Maclean worked for the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital at the Nation’s premier teaching hospital. During this time, Maclean honed his skills under the tutelage of experienced dental practitioners whilst supervising student clinic sessions with colleagues. In response to a rapidly growing private dental practice, which sought to push the frontiers of dentistry even further, Maclean moved to the private sector right after.
During a period of four years, Maclean worked at a leading private practice where he provided excellent care to a client range that spanned from corporate executives to health-conscious individuals who valued premium dental care.
Following this experience, Dr. Okang, proudly, completed a two-year endodontics residency program at Case Western Reserve University, concurrently serving as the Chief Resident for one year.
Maclean is a husband and a father of 2 lovely boys and a girl.
